Some problem with my scan?
1438X1420 pixel and 1.78MB
and apbot said "Usable image is below the 1175 pixels height requirement"

The original scan size doesn't say anything about the character size itself on the scan. The scan can be 5000 x 5000 px but if the character image in it is smaller than 1175 px it will be rejected.

I suggest reading the guide and taking a deeper look on the graphic in it.
